Meet Our

Leadership Team

Pastor Dave

Greetings from Pastor Dave! Cindy and I started the church on September 6th, 1996.  Our first services were held in the gymnasium of the Nippenose Elementary School with about 10 people.  We then purchased the original Oval school in 2005 and worked for 2 years renovating it.  I went to school there as a child and had many great memories, one teacher Mrs. Eck, believed back then that God had a plan for my life.  Our church was started for people who never went to church or those who were not going anymore.  Our number 1 focus is on winning people to Christ and encouraging people to share their faith and love one another.

Matthew Milbrand is married to Jennifer who he met at the age of 16.  Together they have 3 children Arianna, Jessalyn, & Jordan.  Matt enjoys golfing, camping, and spending time with his NBF church friends.  He also has a passion for music as he leads the worship team and along with his wife Jen, directs the Christmas Play.  His favorite line is “one more time!”  The Milbrands are blessed to be apart of the NBF family and are so excited about the opportunities God has given them as they help lead our Church.

Al Crossley and his wife Cathy have been members of Nippenose Bible Fellowship since 2001.  They have one daughter, Jen and her husband Matt along with three grandchildren whom they love spending time with. Al enjoys working in his garden and helping friends and family whenever there is a need.  He was the project manager when our existing building was being remodeled.  He is fondly known as “Big Al” amongst family and friends.
